Hey Welcome! I’m Crispina ffrench

I’m glad you are here, Now let’s make shift happen.

Creative Healing Positive Distractions Here

A mash-up of my Scrapbox Challenge and the Coronavirus outbreak has provided me with that proverbial ‘Shoulda Had a V8’ Doh! Moment.

You know what I mean?

How are you feeling the impact of the pandemic and ensuing social distance?

What is the greatest pain point for you over the last few weeks?

While there are many things about our current way of living that I actually love and intend to hold tight to, if you are like me you are really missing physical contact with friends. Missing the connection felt with community. I pray that you are not missing loved ones who have succumbed.

I've been gaining clarity around the fact that creating and being connected to a group of like-minded adventurers heals, nurtures and supports.  Are you feeling it too? This lesson has come into focus for me with your help.  In the last three or four weeks you have sent a ton of appreciation for sharing creativity and humor.  You have shared stories of loneliness being swept aside with my Live at 11 series on FB that paired with the Scrapbox Challenge.

Not to get too far off track but that series began as inspiration for contestants and morphed into daily connection for a huge number of amazing people from all over the world.  One day I had 1500 people with me who sent kind messages of thanks and connection.

Scrapbox Challengers have shared that their participation in the creative good-humored competition helped them through dark days alone and provided a much needed positive distraction from global mayhem.  A nurse who is on the roster of contestants told me that having a creative project to arrive home to after her shift in the ER is what gets her through.  She shared that the group support, collaboration and interaction provides her with the right kind of distraction that enables her to keep saving lives at her day job.

This is powerful shit my friend!

As Crispina’s Scrapbox Challenge moves toward the finish line with daily blog features on each entrant posting right here and online voting opening on Earthday, April 22nd I just had to figure out a way to keep the support, fun, and healthy distraction going. THIS is what we all need right now!

So, on Thursday – like the day after tomorrow, I am hosting myVERY FIRST teaching webinar.  It will be Live at 11, not on Facebook, but on Zoom this time.  It is FREE and open to anyone looking for a posse of positive, creative uplifting fun people to hang out with to support and be supported by.  Here is a link to sign up. I will be sharing ways to keep this big beautiful bouncing ball of heartfelt connection, earth-friendliness, fun creativity rolling. You will learn how to make your days meaningful while honoring the mandated physical distance that most of us are dealing with.

Register here, put it on your calendar, download Zoom, and tell all your friends - there has never been a better time to reach out and connect.

You are going to love it!
